Lisa Saso is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 15 years of experience in home healthcare and elderly care.
She founded The Kimerley Care Group in 2026, to provide high quality, private-pay, clinical services in the comfort of home. KCG supports individuals and families with recovery, wellness, and chronic care needs, all without the limitations of insurance billing.
We serve Lee County, Florida and surrounding areas. All care is delivered by Lisa and her team, under appropriate medical direction, and includes hands-on support, education, and coordination with families and providers.

The Heart of Our Care
With 15 years of experience as a nurse, primarily in home healthcare, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients and supporting families through some of life’s most difficult and uncertain moments. My passion goes beyond providing medical care. I also want families to feel informed, supported, and never alone in the process.
I especially understand how challenging transitions can be, whether a loved one is returning home after a hospital stay, or coming home after rehab care. These moments can feel overwhelming, particularly when family members live out of state and can’t always be there in person. My goal is to be a trusted presence for both the patient and their family, offering compassionate care, clear communication, and peace of mind when they need it most.
